Spa Policies

Appointments & Cancellations

All spa services, packages, and hotel reservations must be secured with a valid credit card.

Deposits made through our online booking system are non-refundable.

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that plans may change, so we kindly ask for 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice—including no-shows—may be subject to a 50–100% charge of the scheduled service total, as we are unable to offer the appointment to another guest.

 

Check-In Procedure

To enjoy the full benefit of your treatment, please arrive at least 15 minutes early.
Late arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and are subject to our cancellation fee.

 

Health Concerns

Your health and safety are our priority.
Please inform us at the time of booking—and again upon arrival—of any medical conditions, allergies, or health concerns we should be aware of.

 

Hygiene & Illness Policy

The health and safety of our guests and staff are our top priorities. To ensure a safe and comfortable environment for everyone:

  • If you are feeling unwell—including symptoms such as fever, cold, flu, or contagious conditions—we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment.

  • Staff members who are unwell will not perform treatments, in accordance with health and safety guidelines.

  • We maintain strict hygiene standards including sterilized equipment, clean linens, and sanitized treatment areas.

  • Hand sanitizer and handwashing facilities are available for all guests upon arrival.

By adhering to these policies, we help maintain a safe and relaxing spa experience for everyone.

 

Third-Party Gift Cards

We do not accept gift certificates that are not issued directly by Monastery Spa.
Monastery SpaHotel is not partnered with any third-party spa or gift card companies, including WaySpa.

 

Gift Certificates

All Monastery SpaHotel gift certificates are non-refundable.
If you plan to use a gift certificate for your service, please bring it with you at check-in.

 

Product Policy

All products purchased at Monastery Spa are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Please ensure you are satisfied with your selection before completing your purchase. 

 

Lost or Stolen Articles

Monastery SpaHotel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten items left on the premises. We recommend leaving valuables at home whenever possible.

 

Cell-Free Environment

To preserve a peaceful environment for all guests, we ask that you turn off your cell phone upon entering the spa.
If you need to make a private call, please speak with our front desk and we will be happy to assist.

 

No Smoking

To support the wellbeing of our guests and staff, all Monastery SpaHotel facilities are smoke-free. Please see Guest Services for a designated smoking area.

 

Fees

All prices are subject to change and do not include applicable taxes.
